“What the heck is Pokemon Emerald Extreme Randomizer?” I’m sure some of you are wondering. It is, in fact, exactly what its name implies. It’s the same Pokémon Emerald we all know and love, but here’s the twist: all of the pokemon spawns, typing, moves, move typing, and even colour palettes have been completely randomised!

Pokémon Emerald Version is a role-playing video game released in 2004 for the Game Boy Advance by Game Freak and published by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo. It was first released in Japan in 2004, followed by the rest of the world in 2005. It is an improved version of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire and the final game in the third generation of the Pokémon video game series.
The plot and setting are largely the same as in Ruby and Sapphire. Before leaving their hometown and entering the rest of the game’s world, players can choose between a boy and a girl, both of whom have new outfits with a green colour scheme, and one of three Pokémon.
The goal of the game is for players to fill their Pokédex by catching and evolving various Pokémon species. To defeat the Elite Four and its Champion, they must also complete eight gym challenges and battle their Pokémon. They meet two rivals along the way: May or Brendan, the child of Professor Birch’s Pokémon, and Wally, a shy child from Petalburg whom the player assists in catching his first Pokémon, a Ralts. They also meet Wallace, Champion of the Hoenn Region.
