Description

Pokemon Emerald Hoenn & National Dex Editions are similar to Pokemon Emerald’s Throwback or Ultra Violet Editions. Instead of a difficult 500+ all-Gen VII mechanic Pokefest, these stick to fixing things and simply making things available. Hoenn Dex has all of the Hoenn Dex, and National Dex has all of the National Dex, as the name implies. ND also has a “light” version that doesn’t change trainers, whereas the other basically just did replacements to make the new Pokemon look more welcome. There is no damage split, no new moves, and no new Pokemon. Just what you need to complete the game without having to hack it yourself.

The Hoenn Dex Edition features only all the Regional Dex, Ferry Events, and Postgame in Emerald.

The National Dex Light has all 386 available but doesn’t change anything else.

The full version of National Dex has Trainer load-outs switched around.
