Story

Cahionu is a region comprised of several islands and densely populated cities. It has its own Pokémon League and even Pokémon Gyms scattered throughout the region, though the people who live there are quite different from those found in other regions known to man. Pokémon Trainers begin their journey by contacting the Pokémon League, after which a representative will visit their town and provide them with a starter Pokémon, as well as a Pokédex and Poké Balls.

You are a child living in a small town in the region’s south. In your dream, you are visited by a mysterious girl the night before the day when the Pokémon League representative will visit your town. Her words are difficult to understand, but one thing is certain: you were chosen by her. According to the girl, her friend is in danger, and if she is not rescued, the entire Cahionu region will be jeopardised. She chose you to inspire you to take on Pokémon Gyms, grow stronger, and stop the impending danger that threatens Cahionu.

Following this dream, you set out on your quest to defeat the Cahionu Pokémon League’s Gym Leaders in the hopes of meeting the friend mentioned by the girl in your dream. Who are this girl and her companion? What type of evil is threatening Cahionu? Discover more on your journey!
