This is Pokemon Vega Minus, which is essentially a difficulty patch for Pokemon Vega. Except for the final postgame areas, nearly the entire game has been edited. In general, levels have been reduced across the board, boss trainers’ stupid coverage has been drastically reduced (it returns in postgame), and boss trainers’ Pokemon have had their hax-held items replaced or removed.
